Fundraising requires courage. Courage to call strangers. Courage to coach distinguished faculty on how to work with donors. Courage to ask donors to make significant investments. Courage to provide constructive feedback to internal partners. And the list goes on.

Demonstrating courage can make all the difference in our success, and in how we feel about our work. While our age, title and so many other factors influence how we demonstrate courage, each of us can make this a strength of our own.

This session will explore how courage supports our work and how we can develop our own style and approach to this skill. The webinar will be rounded out by an exercise and discussion to support greater courage in our work.

Each attendee will leave this session with practical guidance you can put into use immediately. And you’ll receive an exercise to complete afterwards that will allow you to take the strategies we discussed and build them into an actionable plan.
