True success as a fundraiser requires persistence, even in the face of uncertainty. A common challenge we face in the field is prospects who suddenly become unresponsive, which can all-too-often lead to relationships losing momentum and falling to the wayside. However, every prospect strategy lost to unresponsiveness is a missed opportunity. In this training, I will lead attendees through an understanding of the theories and tools to keep these relationships warm, providing the knowledge they need to never let one of those opportunities drop again, and provide in-session exercises and role plays to help them build these tools for various scenarios.
