I’ve had the enormous pleasure of working with Kathy since 2017, first at the University of Denver and now at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. What began as a solution to bridging a gap due to vacancies quickly evolved into a deeply trusting partnership that has helped me accomplish many aspirational strategic goals, including supporting team members in accomplishing personal and professional growth. Over the years, my teams and I have benefited greatly from Kathy’s webinars, one-on-one coaching, and customized on-site training, including recently conducting stay interviews with the entire division. Kathy is a crucial partner in the development of our upcoming campaign, and we have expanded her services to include training and coaching with deans, strategic communications, and campus leadership.
