I attended your conference back on Dec. 10-11 in Chicago on “enhancing your donor portfolio strategy.” After attending I came back to my team to roll out the Strategy Speed Dating exercise. Not only was it overwhelmingly well received, it has now become a standard component of our monthly prospect management meetings. I bought a giant timer for the exercise and used your template. It’s amazing when you have some very seasoned staff in the room who all know so much about particular donors (personal and professional info) and given the focus, we are creating positive institutional growth for sure.
