Prior to my position as executive director of Lodi House, my work in the nonprofit sector was somewhat limited in terms of strategy. We have great community support for this organization, but I wanted assistance with how to foster that. From my first call with Carol, she was able to take specifics of my organization and what I needed and tailor that for our coaching. She is so good at listening, never gives me generic advice, and she zeros in very quickly and identifies what I need help with and gives me guidance and manageable steps that I can literally apply the next day.
